DRICON Fire Retardant Wood Treatment
DRICON treatment significantly reduces flame spread, heat, and smoke emission during a fire, offering crucial extra time for safe evacuation. The treatment penetrates all surfaces of the timber or board, forming a maintenance-free protective barrier—an advantage over site-applied, less controlled fire-retardant coatings. It meets the requirements of European Standard EN 13501-1 and complies with BS 476-6:1989/A1:2009 and BS 476-7:1997. In addition to fire resistance, the treated wood also benefits from enhanced protection against termites and decay.

Envirograf Fire Prevention Product
Envirograf provides fire-retardant coatings and systems specially designed for timber, helping achieve Class 0 and Class 1 ratings (BS 476 Part 6 & 7) and EN 13501-1 compliance. Suitable for both interior and exterior use, these clear or pigmented intumescent coatings reduce flame spread, heat, and smoke, offering vital time for evacuation. Ideal for residential, commercial, and heritage projects, Envirograf products protect without compromising the natural look of timber.

Setsco Certification of Conformance
Our fire-retardant plywood and timber are certified by Setsco Singapore under the Product Listing Scheme (PLS), as regulated by the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF). Classified under Certification Scheme 2 for materials used in wall, ceiling, and floor construction, each batch is delivered with the corresponding certification for full compliance and traceability.

TANALITH CCA Preservation Wood Treatment
CCA (Copper Chromium Arsenic) treatment is a wood preservative process designed to protect timber against rot, fungal decay, and insect infestation. Commonly used for outdoor applications, it significantly extends the service life of wood and enhances its resistance to weathering. Tanalith C and Tanalith O are specific CCA-based formulations within the Tanalith range, offering proven protection and durability.
